About Triton Homes

The Triton Family enterprises began in 1913 in the Food business, by 1933 William E. "Bus" Pfeil had joined the company as it entered the lumber yard industry and began building homes in the 1940's. The early 1970's saw a branching into the modular home construction business and also the entry of William R. "Robin" Pfeil into the firm. During the 1970's the firm did housing rehabilitation and re-sale. The firm further pushed into the housing world in 1978 with the acquisition of a manufactured housing community. In 1979 our Manufactured Home Model Sales Center was opened.

During the 1980's an additional three manufactured home communities and a small apartment complex were added to the firm's housing mix.

During the 1990's two model locations were opened, and in the early 2000's four additional communities and a third sales facility were acquired.

Today the firm offers real estate, manufactured housing sales and financing from our four Western New York offices. Sites are currently available at the eight manufactured housing communities and apartments that are located in four Buffalo area counties.
