The Gemini Division builds modular two-story, cape and ranch style homes in three ultra modern Mifflinburg, PA plants and manufactured housing in two of the Mifflinburg plants. All modular homes conform to individual state building codes and are distributed through a builder network in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. All manufactured housing conforms to the HUD code and is distributed through a dealer network in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states.
